China Glaze City Flourish
It seems like China Glaze has done some pastels every spring for as long as I can remember - this time they are throwing some neons in the mix! Now, I haven't been able to try these yet myself, but I have read from other bloggers that they are not the most easy to work with. I'll keep you posted on that.
