Morgan Taylor Neon Collection

For summer 2014, Morgan Taylor launched their new Neon Collection with six highlighter-inspired hues bright enough to light up summer nights.

I've been told that these polishes can be applied without a white base coat and still are extremely neon and opaque within 3 coats.
