2017 was a huge year of travel for me going across the country to be at different conventions including Indie Expo Canada, hosted by Girly Bits Cosmetics. It was my first time to Canada and I was very pleased by the polite people and clean atmosphere. I even took a public train and didn't get lost!
As I'm unpacking the boxes in my living room that have been sitting here for months, I pulled out Great Lakes Lacquer Love At Hyatt Regency from the VIP bag. I've been a fan of Great Lakes Lacquer and love seeing them at the different conventions but didn't realize I hadn't worn any on the blog yet! That doesn't mean I haven't worn in real life - because I definitely have... just sometimes I end up wearing polish and forgetting to photograph them.
I started with Glisten & Glow Base Coat, two thin coats of polish and finished with Glisten & Glow Top Coat. This is a medium blue with medium blue shimmer. It brings depth to the polish without overpowering.
