It's been fun shopping my stash and finding polishes that I forgot I bought. Especially in 2017 - I had so much fun at PolishCon, The Indie Shop and Indie Expo Canada because it really reminded me what indies are all about - the people.
Today's polish is Tonic Bleeding Heart Sunset. This was part of the Tonic x Femme Fatale "The Four Seasons" collaboration inspired by Vivaldi's violin concertos. This is a beautiful orchid-lavender base with strong glowing pink multichrome shimmer that shifts from peach to gold AND has scattered holo shimmer. Whew.
I used Glisten & Glow base coat, three thin coats of polish and finished with Glisten & Glow top coat. The polish was a little thin on the first coat but the opacity built up nicely.
This is such a pretty color - the holo is so subtle on the nail but has a pretty effect in the sun. I really feel I could wear this color for an extended time without getting bored.
