Happy August! Cosmoprof was amazing, and I have so many awesome things to show you but first, let's get into the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Summer Solstice collection. Today I have Golden Glow, a metallic gold with rose gold qualities.


The Miracle Gel system is a 2 part process. Start with clean dry nails and add one coat of the color of your choice. Let dry 2-3 minutes before adding a second coat and let dry thorougly. Finally top it off with the Color Therapy Top Coat for a glossy shiny. There is no light cure required but the polish boasts a 10 day fade-proof, chip-resistant wear time. 

My nails are quite long right now and therefore I think I would have preferred to use 3 thin coats but didn't so that I was showing the polish in 2. I was impressed that the top coat really did wear well and I had non-dentable nails after just 10 minutes. I think this is a nice office appropriate polish but it doesn't wow me like other metallic golds with copper/rose gold shimmers I've owned.
