Continuing with The Color of Petals collection, today I have Morgan Taylor Merci Bouquet, a beautiful lavender purple creme. I had really high hopes for this polish because it reminds me a lot of the purple I wore for my wedding so that brings back good memories.
I started with Morgan Taylor ReactMAX Optical Brighter and three thin coats of polish before finishing with Glisten & Glow top coat. I was really disappointed with how this polish was applying when I used it. The first coat was very streaky and the second coat gave me brush marks that dragged through the polish. A third coat floated well but I felt like my nails were a little thick and I was worried about having a long dry time.
While this is very beautiful, I didn't love the application. I'm really into this length on my nails and hope to keep them this like this for awhile.
