One of my favorite things about PolishCon is learning about the new-to-me brands like today's Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab. This is Buried Secrets, which is a dark blue shimmer and was in the VIP bag of PolishCon Chicago 2016.
I started with Morgan Taylor ReactMAX Optical Brightener, 2 coats of polish and finished with Glisten & Glow top coat. This polish applied really well but was a bit of a stainer (not terrible but it's super pigmented).
I love how it glows and there's only 300 bottles out there in the world. However, there's one less now because as soon as I wore this, my elderly cat jumped on my desk and knocked it off, smashing the polish all into my tile, my purse and a huge stain on my dress. Sigh.
