I missed the Fall 2018 PolishCon that was held in Minnesota, but I was really happy that I was able to purchase a VIP bag after the fact. In it was this GALAXY from Bee's Knees Lacquer called Squatchin Around. This polish amazing. It's got purple, blue and green all melded together along with some shimmer and rainbow reflecting holographic shards that just make it magical.
I used a base of Morgan Taylor ReactMAX Optical Brightener and only 2 coats of polish before finishing with Glisten & Glow top coat. I couldn't believe how opaque this polish was in just two coats and just how many different colors I could see not just in the bottle but on my nail!
Sadly, still photographs don't even start to go into how much detail this polish has. The shimmer does give it a bit of a brush stroke look in the flat photo but it was just so dynamic and lovely in real life.
I even took another photo of the bottle because I'm just in awe of how beautiful it is! Since this polish was released, Bee's Knees has rebranded her logo and bottles which makes me both happy and sad. The new bottles are round (yay!) but the logo doesn't spell out the name anymore.
