Why hello there friends. I started a new job on Friday and one of the things I really want to do is wear all the nail polish so today I decided to grab ILNP Chateau from the new Monarch collection which is sitting on my desk. This is a purple leaning grey with copper micro-flakes and holographic shimmer.
I started with Morgan Taylor reactMAX Optical Brightener and used three thin coats before topping with Glisten & Glow top coat. I could have probably gotten away with 2 coats but I went with three to be safe.
So yes, I have nubbins again and all that sparkle was like NOPE on my camera but you can see how pretty it is.
Here it is under my office lights where the copper shimmer is showing up happily.
That's one big glass of tea, not coffee by the way. Today was double star day lol.
Overall this is a great fall color for me. I love the greige trend but then the copper and holo really take it to another level. I'm not sure how often I'll be changing my polish at this job but I forgot how much I love my nails so this is a great excuse to show off what I have acquired recently!
