I'm getting to the second half of the Morgan Taylor Marilyn Monroe fall 2019 collection and today was one I was personally dreading. This is Some Girls Prefer Pearls and is listed as a "white shimmer."
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax Optical Brightener, 3 coats of polish and finished with cuccio High Gloss Top Coat. As with a lot of white shimmers, it wasn't very pigmented or setting well.
I also had a bit of a hard time keeping this polish from flooding my cuticles. It wasn't the worst but not the best. I'm not into the frosty look so I don't know how long this polish will remain in my stash.
