The other glitter topper in the China Glaze "To Catch A Colour" Halloween 2019 collection is called Arrest In Peace. This is a light black (not grey) watery base with black shards, black small and medium hexagonal glitter and just a pinch of copper orange microglitter.
I started with ella + mila Cover Your Bases ridge filling base coat, 1 coat of Cult Nails Tempest (white creme) and 2 coats of polish and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat.
I actually really like how the light black base makes the white polish smoky looking but you have to be careful to make sure you get it all the way to the base or it's obvious you layered polishes. My only other complaint with this one was that it didn't dry as fast as my other polishes and I smudged two fingers pretty quickly. I was trying to get that medium hex glitter but it would wipe off the brush.
