I'm finishing out the "To Catch a Colour" Halloween 2019 collection from China Glaze and this orange color with micro rainbow reflective glitter was looking super promising. This is Pathological Liar Liar.
I started with ella + mila Cover Your Bases ridge filling base coat, 2 coats of polish and finished with a prototype top coat that I'm testing from a brand.
Y'all. This collection is just getting weirder and weird. This polish was SO watery, so thin... it almost makes my nails look stained? The microglitter isn't sitting right, it flooded my cuticles. Like - I just don't know what happened up in here.
