I'm finishing the rest of the Morgan Taylor Spring 2020 "Editor's Picks" collection and the next few are what I feel really are the definition of "runway". Today I have On Cloud Mine which is a sheer peachy pink. This had a jelly like consistency.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACT max Optical Brightener, 3 coats of polish and finished with cuccio High Gloss Top Coat.
Look at that squishy goodness. Two coats gives you that sheer overlay but three coats made it opaque so I went for it. I really love how soft this color is!
