It is wild that I started this blog almost 13 years ago. Today I have the brand that started it all for me - China Glaze. This is Fur Real Though from the "You Do Hue" 2019 collection, a celebration collaboration with Sesame Street's 50th Anniversary. I loved Sesame Street as a kid, but my three boys were not interested. This is a squishy fuschia pink polish that is not quite a jelly but leans that way.
I started with Duri Rejuvacote for a base, two coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. Like I said, this is a bit squishy - almost jelly-like. While I feel it covered well in 2 coats on my left hand, my right hand seemed a bit thinner and I should have done a third coat. I specifically wore this polish for our annual family photos, so I'm going to be removing it soon and probably cutting my nails down too. I went more square this time and have broken several edges.
