Only two more polishes from China Glaze "You Do Hue" 2019 collection with Sesame Street. Today is Grover It, which is a rainbow reflective and blue glitter in a blue-tinted base.
I started with Duri Rejuvacote, 3 coats of polish, and finished with KBShimmer Smooth Moves top coat. Smooth Moves isn't a quick dry top coat - it's more of a plumping top coat to be used to smooth out glitters by filling in the divets.
Coat one was so sheer and weird that I didn't have any hope for this polish. Coat two was better but still not opaque. Thankfully, coat 3 made it look like it does above but I'm still not super happy with it... maybe I'm GROVER IT. -groan-
