I definitely feel like I'm in a time warp with these 2017 polishes and Great Lakes Lacquer Like Air, I'll Rise reminded me of everything good. This is a multi-chrome holographic polish that has purple, gold, teal and green flashes.
I started with cuccio Base Coat, 3 coats of polish and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. The formula was a bit thin but three coats was good enough for opaque for me.
In my light box, the teal and purple holographic showed the most but in the I promise you, the reds and golds are so beautiful too. It's my understanding that there is now a Like Air, I'll Rise V2 but I'm not sure what the differences are.
