I was moving polishes from one drawer to another when I came across this beauty from China Glaze - Combat Blue-TS from the Rebel Fall 2016 collection. This is such a rich blue matte and I could not WAIT to wear it.
I started with ILNP Lockup, 2 coats of polish and because I wanted to keep the matte, I did not use a top coat. However, before the day was over, I had chipped two tips so I added one more coat so you're seeing a total of 3 coats in these photos.
I love this color. I do think next time, I'd do my two coats, use a glossy top coat, and then add one more coat of color so that when it does chip, you're still seeing color underneath. This is such a great color and I'm happy to wear it more during these winter months.
