When I originally pulled out Sally Hansen Rise Up from my stash, I thought it was just a peach shade. Surprise! This is a light pink to rose base with golden shimmer. It's such a pretty surprise!
I started with Morgan Taylor REACT max Optical Brightener, 2 coats of polish and finished with the Sally Hansen Mega Strength top coat. The formula was pretty decent considering it is a light shimmer.
I have no idea what happened on my middle finger - but I'm blaming cat hair. My cats may not be as famous as Taylor Swift's but they always seem to end up in my blog photos. Overall, I was pretty impressed with the coverage of this polish in just two thin coats.
