Zoya really hit it out of the park this month with their May Color of the Month, Paisley. This is a wisteria violet creme that is also a pastel neon. It does dry matte but I went with a gloss top coat.
I started with ella + mila Cover Your Bases (ridge-filler base coat), 2 coats of polish and Zoya Ultra Glossy Seal top coat. I was shocked at how opaque this color was and could have probably gotten away with just one coat.
This needed lots of color correction in Photoshop because this neon is amazing. It's even more blue toned purple than what I'm seeing here on my monitor. I absolutely love this color and I don't know what took me so long to wear it. It's only available a few more days, so get it now before it's gone.
