Zoya was one of the first brands to send me press samples, and then, at some point, I fell off their list. Well, last summer, I got a press kit of their 2023 Beachy Brights, which were mini bottles that were called "Petite" officially on their website. I still haven't gotten a new bottle of Zoya base coat, so it just sat here in my box, but now I'm getting back on it.
I started with cuccio Base Coat, 2 coats of polish and Zoya Ultra Glossy Seal top coat. This does dry matte since it is a neon melon pink but my swatch is glossy because of my top coat.
So my understanding is that when these were released in 2023, they were minis but Zoya has brought some of them as full size polishes in their Beachy Brights 2 this summer 2024. (I have those to review too!)
