I'm back with Zoya and their 2023 Beachy Brights, with Pluto, a light neon blue creme. There was a time when I was all about blues and I couldn't get enough of them so I do feel like I've seen this color before.
I started with ella + mila Cover Your Bases ridge filling base coat, 2 coats of polish and Zoya Ultra Glossy Seal top coat. This does dry matte but my swatch is glossy because of my top coat.
This color is no longer available on the Zoya website and wasn't included in the Beachy Brights 2 Summer 2024 collection under this name.
