Today I have the finale from the Zoya Summer 2023 Beachy Brights collection and this is another Petite that was brought back for Beachy Brights 2 Summer 2024 collection. This is Soraya, a fuchsia-purple neon.
I started with ella + mila Cover Your Bases ridge filling base coat, 2 coats of polish and Zoya Ultra Glossy Seal top coat. This does dry matte since it is a neon but my swatch is glossy because of my top coat.
My photos are a little more red leaning than in real life. This is definitely a rubbery neon so top coat was a must for me.
