Ever have a polish that you cannot remember where you got it from? That's me today with All Mixed Up Lacquers Glimmer, which is a reflective and holographic polish. This is definitely a topper so I decided to try it over black and white.
For my white, I used Cult Nails Tempest and my black is Cult Nails Fetish. I'm going to use these until they are gone and then I'll move to ILNP Canvas (white) and Ink (black). These are amazing one coat opaque staple polishes. Next, I added one coat of Glimmer and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat.
I absolutely smudged my white pointer finger but also I forgot that glitter over white doesn't work nearly as well as red or purple. But I LOVE how it looks over black. This is what I wanted to see from the other black glitter I just posted.
