While I was at Indie Expo Canada, I picked up this bottle of Beyond The Nail Scattered Holographic. This is a topper polish for sure.
Because this is a topper, I started with ILNP Lockup Ultra Bonding base coat, Cult Nails Fetish (1 coat black matte) and then 1 coat of this topper. I sealed it with cuccio High Gloss top coat.
