Pulled out another oldie today. This is ellagee Rainbows All Over Your Blues, and it's a navy blue base with scattered holographic flame.
I started with Morgan Taylor react MAX in Original, 1 coat of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. I was shocked at how opaque this polish was.
I don't think I have anything like this so this is going back into my Helmer for now. I've really enjoyed "shopping" my collection and getting polishes ready to give away to the next polish lover.
