Talk about a THROWBACK... today I have Girly Bits Well Isn't That Special, part of a 3-piece launch in 2013 for the Fall season premier of Saturday Night Live. This is a medium purple holographic with white flakes.
I started with ILNP Lockup Ultra Bonding base coat, 2 coats of polish and finished with ILNP Glass Candy Ultra Glossy top coat. The formula on this polish was amazing.
I do feel like the white flakes have dissolved in the polish and that's why you're seeing some white at the bottom of the bottle but it doesn't appear to have any effect on the polish.
