I pulled another indie from the box next to my desk, and this was from the PolishCon VIP (LE) 2017. Today I have Lavish Polish The City of Bright Lights, and it's a black buildable polish with holographic glitter.
I started with ella + mila Cover Your Bases ridge filling base coat, 3 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This polish was definitely one I had to baby a bit - and had a thin round brush which I prefer paddle brushes.
Because I already have black polishes like this, I'm going to gift this away.
