I have another Zoya 2024 Spring Bloom Collection polish today. This is Rhiannon, and it's a vibrant icy blue with holographic, aqua and white microglitter.
I started with ella + mila Cover Your Bases ridge filling base coat, 3 coats of polish and Zoya Ultra Glossy Seal top coat.
This polish was much thicker than Hyacinth but the blue is beautiful.
