I cannot believe how fast this year has passed me by. Today I have the Zoya Color of the Month from August - Tucker. It's a medium cool blue creme that does dry matte.
I started with ella + mila Cover Your Bases ridge filling base coat, 2 coats of polish and finished with Zoya Glossy Seal top coat. Being neon, this dried matte originally.
I really love this type of blue - I have so many blue polishes on my desk right now. Being that this was a Color of the Month polish, it is discontinued.
