It's another new-to-me brand today! This is Daveen 1967, which looks like it came out in September 2023. It's a sheer base with a mix of orange and pink shimmer.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 3 coats of polish and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This is definitely more of a layering polish for me.
Very demure... is that still a thing?
