I am throwing it back to PolishCon Chicago 2017 today with Great Lakes Lacquer Chicago Shenanigans. I am trying to organize my Helmers, and I have polishes EVERYWHERE. My goal is to have brands together in the same drawer. This is a glowing lilac polish with lots of shifting shimmer, most prominently pink and purple.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, applied three coats of polish, and finished with Cuccio High Gloss top coat. This polish is very easy to work with but a little thin.
I think on short nails, it would be nicely opaque but my long nails show my tips underneath and I'm not a huge fan of that.
This polish has been discontinued.
