It's another Pookie's Polish Swap! This is Holo Taco Box Office Bomb. This is a matte orange holographic polish. This was a limited edition polish available during their 4th Anniversary.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 2 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This polish dries matte, so I definitely needed top coat.
Unfortunately, this polish is discontinued.
