Today, I have another oldie but goodie from 2017. This is Envy Lacquer, The Indie Shop #7 - October 2017. It is a medium blue polish with multicolored glitter.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 2 coats of polish and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This polish was a little chunky but not unmanageable.
This reminds me of a Blue Hawaiian!
