I'm trying to figure out how I pulled all the PolishCon Chicago 2017 polishes but here we are. This is Painted Polish September to Remember, a nude with holographic glitter.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 3 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This formula was so easy to work with.
This is so pretty! It's a beautiful take on an office nude. This polish has been discontinued.
