I remember when the Rescue Beauty Lounge Bloggers 2.0 collection came out and I fell in love with Liberty, a mint-green with blue shimmer. It was created with Pammy from Polish Police. Unfortunately, her website is long gone but she does still have an Instagram for her writing. This was a time in my life where I really all about the mint greens.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 3 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This formula was a little tough on the first coat but better with the second and I only added the third because my nails are so long.
The blue shimmer just doesn't show up on the nail as much as I'd like but it is there. I am looking to sell the bulk of these if I don't trade them away.
