Today I have Tonic #Chibound, which was originally a PolishCon limited edition color. This is a deep glowing royal blue with blue-purple multichrome pigment and blue-purple shimmer.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 3 coats of polish and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This is so highly pigmented and just glows!
Just look how it glows! You can also see a lot of purple shift at other angles.
