I was pulling a random polish out of my Helmer and that's how we have ellagee Fly Me To The Moon polish, from the You're The Top collection. It's a clear base with tons of rainbow holographic and silver glitter.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 2 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This polish was easy to use even though it's pretty chunky.
I'm going to pass this on to someone else.
