Another new-to-me brand! This is Helios, a new professional nail brand from New York. This is their Luminor line, which looks like it's a reflective glitter, but to me, it was more of a shimmer. This is Memory Lane, a grey-based silver glitter.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 3 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This formula is a little watery but buildable.
It kind of looks smoky! This polish does dry matte & gritty, so I used top coat to smooth everything out.
