Here is another oldie but goodie from KBShimmer. This is Navy Or Not, Here I Come, from the Road to PolishCon Fall 2017. This is a vibrant blue linear holographic polish with color-shifting flakes.
I started with cuccio Base Coat, 2 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This formula was super smooth and lovely.
The flakies definitely add a different dimension to a regular blue holo!
This polish has been discontinued.
