Recently I was cleaning my Helmers and I forgot that I really liked Lime Crime Once In A Blue Mousse when it first came out. This is a pale blue creme that dries a bit matte but as always, I like to add top coat.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 2 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This formula was nice and smooth.
I know I probably have dupes of this in other brands but I have a hard time letting go.
