I pulled another Shimmer polish today - this is Kim, and it's a blue, purple, and silver glitter bomb. My base is tinted blue now but I'm pretty sure it was a clear base originally. I bought this polish because my Mom's name was Kim.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 2 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. The brush is nice and fluffy for application.
I am going to gift this to someone else since I don't really wear glitter bombs anymore but I'm happy someone may love it next.
