I have another oldie China Glaze today! This is On The Rocks, a sheer seafoam aqua/green nail with aqua micro-shimmer. This was from the 2006 Tequila Toes collection. Talk about a throwback.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 2 coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. The formula was easy to apply.
The shimmer is crazy beautiful. I also tried this over black and it reminds me of a beautiful oil slick.
