Today, I'm featuring another new brand, Jessie Monroe. This one, Ex For a Reason, has a blue-tinted base with tons of blue glitter. I actually have a pair of sneakers that are this exact shade.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Original, 3 coats of polish and two coats of cuccio 7 Second Reactive top coat. This is a very thirsty glitter but did apply well.
My camera couldn't handle all the glitter! It's not light-reflective but it is very shiny. Removal was super simple - no peel off base or crazy soaking needed.
