Have you checked out Dip Into Pretty yet? I've been pretty impressed with their line - it's a great starter line for someone who's just getting into polish. Today I pulled out my final color that was sent called Girls Night Out.

I used to be really into rainbow holographic glitter but it really needs a good base color underneath in order for it to work the way I want. Dip Into Pretty City Lights definitely has that gorgeous rainbow glitter but it's all in a clear base.
