Sinful Colors Pink Forever vs China Glaze Sexy Lady

So now that you've seen them apart, let's check out Sinful Colors Pink Forever against China Glaze Sexy Lady.  Both are pink cremes, both apply nicely - so what's the difference?

For both polishes I used a base coat of Seche Natural, 2 coats of polish and a top of Seche Vite.
In the sun, you can see that Sexy Lady is just a bit darker than Pink Forever - more of a red than a pink... but they are both pretty close.

Same story in the shade.  Sexy Lady is just a tiny bit darker/more red.

So if you have Pink Forever, should you hunt down Sexy Lady (only available via eBay now)?  If you have Sexy Lady, are you really going to skip the $2 kissing cousin that is Pink Forever?  Well, that's up to you.  ^_^

China Glaze Sexy Lady

China Glaze Sexy Lady was one of the 2009 Breast Cancer Awareness colors in the "One in Three" collection they came out with that year.  It's a pink creme (hey, haven't I seen you before?) that applied quite well.

I used a base coat of Seche Natural, 2 coats of Sexy Lady and a top coat of Seche Vite.
My bottle is starting to lose some of the letters but that pink ribbon is still on their strong.  Look how hot this color is, despite NOT being a neon.  It's slightly darker than bubblegum, but isn't quite a Barbie pink.

In the shade, this colors tends to compliment my skin well - I think this would be a very nice color during any season, and a great base for some nail art or Konad.

China Glaze [official website] can be found online through several etailers, including my favorite Head2Toe Beauty [official website], Sally's Beauty Supply [official website] as well asTransDesign [official website].

Sinful Colors Pink Forever

From the "Pretty-In-Pink" collection, today I have Sinful Colors Pink Forever, a medium bubblegum pink creme.  Now, the press release says "Bazooka meets Bam-Bam to equal beautiful"... now I was thinking "Bazooka bubble gum, I get it", but the Bam-Bam part?  I mean, I know that Bam-Bam was on the Flintstones but he work orange and yellow and his club was brown... Yeah I don't know.

I used a base of Seche Natural, 2 coats of Pink Forever, and a top of Seche Vite.  The formula was very nice - not runny or thick.

Maybe it's like "BAM-BAM" in your FACE?!  While this is not a neon color, it does hit you like a neon, but it dries normal.  It's pretty awesome, I must say.

While it's softer in the shade (and has a hint of blue maybe?), it's still a very lovely creme color and for only $2, totally worth the price.

Sinful Colors is available at major drug and mass market stores nationwide for $1.99, by calling 1-800-448-0763 or online at www.sinfulcolors.com

China Glaze Crackle - Update

Image from Head2ToeBeauty.com

I've just been checking the online stores, and both Head2ToeBeauty and Victoria Nail Supply have China Glaze Crackle in stock now.  TransDesign took pre-orders but is now sold out.  China Glaze had tweeted that Crackle would be in Sally's Beauty Supply by the end of this month, but Sally's Beauty has tweeted that it will be mid-March/early April.  (Lots of links in this post - none are ad-affiliated, just helpful.)
