Deborah Lippmann Romantic Rapture

I didn't even realize Deborah Lippmann had a line of lipsticks! It only makes sense that she would expand her line of beauty but I just wasn't aware. While these launched in the spring, you can still find them out.

INTRODUCING SPRING 2013 COLOR COLLECTION: ROMANTIC RAPTURE
Revel in the breath-taking rhapsody of Spring 2013! Introducing two brand new lipsticks and three new nail lacquers, the Deborah Lippmann Spring 2013 Color Collection offers a variety of bold and subtle hues that are romantically feminine.

Expanding her lipstick collection, Deborah Lippmann is launching two bright shades that give the collection a sexy punch. The formula is a unique hybrid, offering the rich, creamy texture of a lipstick and the sheer, high-shine finish of a lip gloss. She Bangs is a ravishing red that makes a bold lip statement. Call Me Maybe is a sheer cheeky coral that will be as popular as the song it was named after. They are universal yet vibrant and playful shades that are the perfect complement to any spring wardrobe. “These are two very wearable lip colors that are fun, happy and will make you look and feel beautiful,” says Deborah. “Just apply and go – if you don’t have time for anything else. A great lip shade will make you look put together and sophisticated.” she adds.

The collection also introduces Moon Rendezvous, a faded slate blue shimmer, Careless Whisper, a scintillating nude shimmer and Groove Is In The Heart, a flamingo pink crème. Deborah’s nail lacquers never cease to impress with modern, sophisticated and easily wearable hues for all ages.

Deborah Lippmann Staccato Spring 2013

Yes, I'm a little out of season, but you may not have seen these Deborah Lippmann polishes that came out in Spring 2013.  Please enjoy the following press release.

STACCATO – Simply Delicious!
A New Innovative Formula for Spring 2013

Deborah Lippmann takes glitter to another level once again with an unexpected juxtaposition, combining black glitter with traditional soft pastel hues. Staccato is a trend-in-the-making with an innovative finish available in three deliciously energizing shades reminiscent of your favorite cotton candy, oreo and mint chocolate chip ice-creams!

The collection introduces I’m Not Edible, a panicked pink staccato, Polka Dots And Moonbeams, a sprightly black and white staccato and Rockin’ Robin, a mint mayhem staccato. These shades offer the perfect balance of femininity with a rich crème base and a jazzed-up edginess with the speckled black glitter.

“When creating this formula, I was thinking of ways to make black glitter wearable. I like how the glitter pops with a crème base, and I love that we took very wearable spring shades and gave them more pizzazz – even a bit of an edge,” said Deborah.
Suggested Retail Price: $19 each, launching April 2013

What do you think of the new ORLY logo? I hate not having my bottles the same but I'll get over it because I HAD to have Sparkling Garbage.

Urban Decay - 40 New 24/7 Eye Pencils

I'm a huge fan of the Urban Decay 24/7 eye pencils. Zero, the black pencil, is the only eye pencil I've been able to wear on my waterline without it looking ridiculous, washing away or rubbing off immediately. (It will wear on me during the day though.)
I have acquired quite a few of their colors, especially after I bought the Urban Decay 15 Year Anniversary set. I randomly also have 4 Zeros (2 full size, 2 minis) and 3 Ransoms (2 full size, 1 mini).

So imagine my reaction when I heard that Urban Decay had increased their 24/7 waterproof liners to FORTY. Available online and in stores at $19 each.

The best part for me is the shade-matched barrels - makes it quick and easy to find the color I'm searching for.

I haven't had a chance to try a "new" pencil so I'm not sure if they have changed the formula or not. From the press release, it doesn't appear so - just that they added 13 brand new shades and 14 previously exclusive shades. I'm most excited to pick up that purple above - if it's purple, I pretty much have to have it.

Do you own any 24/7 Pencils?
