Today I have a wickedly good green for you - from the Ghouls' Night Out collection from China Glaze, it's Drink Up Witches which is such a great pun. This neon green polish leans more yellow green but thankfully, no staining. I cannot deal with stainers right now.
I used a base coat of Duri Rejuvacote, 3 coats of polish and finished with Glisten & Glow H K Girl top coat. Now neons are normally matte by nature, but this polish seemed shiny even without the top coat. I added it for protection of course. As for the formula, it was a little thin, and that's why I needed 3 coats and then I had to be sure not to bubble it up on the nail, as the formula wanted to run down the brush and glob on. China Glaze can be hit or miss on some of their formulas and this was definitely a watery one.
I did not use a white base coat on this polish but just LOOK and see how it glows! I'm a little messy - my right hand is in a wrist brace for now, so polishing is a little difficult, but you can always clean up with some polish remover and a small brush. I'm still using my trusty e.l.f. "concealer" brush that I got for $1, but I can't seem to find it in stores anymore so I hope it lasts a good long while. This one has lasted over a year. Back to the polish - it's just eye searing greatness.

How are you enjoying St. Patrick's Day this year? I have to work but I'm at least getting festive with my nails! Be sure to check out the InLinkz at the bottom of the posting for all the other great looks brought to you by bloggers around the web! Today I have ILNP Lucky You from the Holiday 2015 collection. Just like Cherry Luxe, this is a festive green with silver flake and falls into their Metallic collection. Also like Cherry Luxe, there's a surprise at the end!
I used a base coat of Duri Rejuvacote, 2 coats of polish and finished with Glisten & Glow H K Girl top coat. This green has a bit of blue to it (versus yellow) but thankfully no staining. I did have to wash my hands after removal to get any left over silver flakie but I didn't have to scrub any polish off my nails. Removal was super simple, like a creme polish.
In my light box, you can see a lot of the silver flake reflecting and just a hint of, is that holo? YES IT'S HOLO.
Lots of holo! This last photo is in the sun and intentionally a little blurred so you can see all the holo goodness that's packed into this polish. It's definitely a hidden gem and I love the dual purpose of this polish - a flakie, a holo oh yes, and it's green. Winner.
You can purchase ILNP on their website. For more on ILNP, be sure to following their various social media platforms: Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.

Guess what's coming up? St. Patrick's! I teamed up with some of the best bloggers out there to bring you 7 Days of St. Patrick's! We are posting polishes and nail art looks that revolve around green. Today I have a polish from Sinful Colors called Exotic Green from the Sham-Rockin collection.
I used a base coat of Duri Rejuvacote, 3 coats of polish and finished with Glisten & Glow H K Girl top coat. This polish is a bit of a jelly, so I used 3 coats to try and cover the whole nail. I didn't realize this was a jelly until the first coat so it was a surprise. This green reminds me of a squishy cactus.
There is quite a bit of yellow in this polish but thankfully I didn't have any staining. This would be the perfect base for nail art or just to wear out because you rock that green. Rock it.
Sinful Colors is available at major drug and mass market stores nationwide for $1.99, or online at www.sinfulcolors.com. Join the conversation on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram.

Happy Leap Year Day! Doing anything special or taking advantage of any special sales? I have work but I wanted to be a little adventurous with my nails. I had to go back to nubs because I ended up cracking one nail and splitting another and I just said "BYE FELICIA". Today I have LCN sharp as a bullet from the Industrial Innocence collection. As you can see from the printed sticker on the cap, this is a "matt" (matte) effect polish.
I used a base coat of Duri Rejuvacote and 3 coats of polish. Be careful with matte polishes because thin coats is best. I ended up rushing my last coat and ended up putting two large dings in my nails as soon as I put down my camera. For staying power, add your top coat, let dry and then add one more thin coat of polish to keep the matte effect.
No formula issues other than my heavy handedness on the last coat. This polish performs like most blacks. It does have a hint more grey than black in it which is apparent in the first coat of polish and in removal but on the nail, it looks like a nice satin black.
I'm now halfway through the LCN Industrial Innocence collection and will finish posting them soon. Meanwhile, from now until March 31, 2016, you can purchase LCN on their Boutique website with free shipping using the code INDUSTRIAL.
LCN is available in both 8 ml (shown) and 16 ml. You can purchase on their website - 8 ml is $7.50 and 16 ml is $14.00. Join the conversation on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest.

I decided to pull another creme from the Winter Resort 2015 LVX collection so today we have Vamp, a dark purple creme with red undertones.
I used a base coat of Duri Rejuvacote, 2 coats of polish and finished with Glisten & Glow H K Girl top coat. Formula was almost a one coater but I did two to be safe and make sure I didn't have any bald spots.
I love this color. When I look at my nails, I TOTALLY see Branka, the female half of LVX. I can see her rocking this color year round and it just makes me smile. Now for myself, I prefer it to be on more nubs (again, me and nubs and dark polish. Winning) BUT I actually like it on this length - I don't think it looks crazy at all.
Best part? No staining when removing, especially with that red undertone - I was worried at first! But I was happy when I saw nothing but bare nail underneath.
LVX [Website | Facebook | Twitter | YouTube | Instagram] is available on their website. It is 10-free to include Toluene and Camphor, vegan and cruelty free. Use promo code POLISHGALORE for 20% off your purchase!
