I'm in the middle of some training for my son's Boy Scout troop and figured I might as well pull out a pretty purple. This is Morgan Taylor A Girl And Her Curls, an eggplant purple shimmer. This is also from the fall 2019 Marilyn Monroe collection. The shimmer is really pretty in the bottle but does it show up on the nail?

I have a box of nail polish next to my desk and lately, it's been calling to me. I haven't had a lot of time or energy for my blog like I used to but it's still a hobby that I enjoy. Today I pulled out Morgan Taylor That's So Monroe, a cool brown shimmer. This is not normally a color I gravitate to but I'm up for a challenge. This polish was from the second wave of Marilyn Monroe fall polishes in 2019.

ILNP Say Love

What a year it's been! I wanted to go out with some stunning Christmas type color so I grabbed ILNP Say Love, a red holo with microflakes. This is one of those that you never realize how amazing it is until it's on!

I started with Morgan Taylor ReactMAX Optical Brightener and went with 3 thin coats of polish. I could have probably only used 2 but it's been a hot minute since I've painted my nails and I'm shaky. I finished with Glisten and Glow top coat.

So my camera may be at the end of its life. I can't seem to take steady photos anymore, even when my camera is sitting stationary. I think part of it was damaged during the robbery but I just haven't wanted to make the change to a new camera yet.

However, this polish is amazing, seriously. It's got holo, it's got flakies, it's got magic.
